Refund and Returns Policy

At BoxPack Pro, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take pride in our packaging solutions, but if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

2. Custom Packaging (Non-Returnable Items)

Please note that custom-printed or personalized packaging (items made specifically for your brand) cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a manufacturing defect or printing error on our part.

Other non-returnable items include:

  • Downloadable software products (if any).
  • Some health and personal care items.

3. Returns Process

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without first contacting our support team at support@theboxpack.com.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

4. Refunds (If Applicable)

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the item’s condition.

  • Approved: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is officially posted.

5. Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items or clearance stock cannot be refunded.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during transit. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@theboxpack.com and send your item to our physical warehouse address.

7. Shipping Returns

  • To return your product, you should mail your product to our registered business address.
  • Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Insurance: If you are returning expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
